This warranty statement applies exclusively to installations or services done by Revive Wraps
Revive Wraps offers a 3 month in-house warranty on all vehicle wraps.
The condition for obtaining a guarantee is compliance with the installer’s instructions and an inspection visit after 7 days but not more than 14 days as well as compliance with T&C at revivewraps.co.uk. The customer is obliged to make an appointment to control visit and inspection. All irregularities should also be reported during this time.
Our comprehensive warranty covers all defects installation. This includes full replacement of failed installation.
This warranty does not cover damage to the wrap or graphics from negligence, misuse, accidents, road damage, wear and tear, not proper washing, or any failure not a product of installation or materials. Elements that are constantly under any stress from daily use, or are in an area where they are more likely to be damaged from normal wear and tear are not covered with the warranty. These elements are, but not limited to: Door Handles, Boot Handles, Door Steps, Wheel Arches, Front and Rear bumpers, Roofs with opening glass are also not covered with the warranty. Any element claimed under the warranty will be investigated and it is solely up to a representative of Revive Wraps to make a decision on the future of the claim.
Non-painted panels including primer and plastics and also places with corrosion will not have any warranties applied.
Any elements that are painted not to an OEM standard will not be covered in the warranty. Elements with stone chips and very deep scratches are also excluded from being warranted.
Revive Wraps does not take any responsibility for damage to the paintwork that occur due to removal of the vinyl. Paint may chip, rip or peel of alongside the vinyl at removal due to its age, wear and tear, condition, damage caused by stone chips, scratches and human interference. Vinyl may not provide 100% coverage of the original color, e.g. in hard-to-reach places
This warranty does not cover warrantable failures due to pre-existing damage to vehicles. This warranty does not cover a warrantable failure in the event that the client chooses to keep any/all emblems on a vehicle and to have them wrapped over as well as a change of mind or mistakes in the choice of color.
All claims must be made within the 3 month warranty time frame and are subject to approval by a Revive Wraps authorized representative. In case of a warrantable failure, Revive Wraps responsibility is limited solely to, at its option, repairing or replacing the defective wrap or parts of the wrap. Customer’s option for repair of warrantable failures is strictly limited to repair at a Revive Wraps facility. If the customer picks up the car and leaves the garage, it means that he has accepted the service by Revive Wraps.
Materials used in warranty repairs will carry the same warranty coverage as the materials they replace, but the expiration dates will be the same as those of the original materials. Revive Wraps should use additional services of external companies, e.g. regeneration or painting. This warranty is the sole warranty made by Revive Wraps in regards to our vehicle wrap products. Revive Wraps makes no other warranties, expressed or implied.
The customer is obliged to notify the insurance company about all modifications and DVLA if there is a full color change of the car. The customer is aware that all modifications, e.g. tinting: light, windscreen, side windows they may be illegal UK and Revive Wraps does not accept any responsibility for this.
